Dr. Frank Magwegwe, popularly known as “Dr. Mags,” teaches at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). His own story is a powerful testament to God’s faithfulness, marking a journey from homelessness to earning a PhD from Kansas State University and completing an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Dr. Mags has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held various executive roles, including CEO and COO. He holds a Ph.D., as well as certifications in CAIA®, FRM®, CFP®, and AMP from Harvard. His work now focuses on employee well-being, financial wellness, and resilience, and he consults widely in these areas.

Elize-Marie has a beautiful gift for storytelling that makes the Bible feel breathtakingly alive. Although she grew up in a home with loving Christian parents, a defining moment in her early thirties sparked a deeper hunger to pursue God wholeheartedly. This journey led her to dive into Scripture with renewed vigor, inspired by the conviction that she needed to “study and prepare, for someday her chance will come.” During a women’s equipping event, God revealed to her that a key part of her teaching gift was the ability to tell stories in a way that people could understand and relate to. Today, she combines her passions, the logic of a lawyer, the heart of a teacher, and the delivery of an actor, to help people engage with God’s Word in a way that is clear, applicable, and reveals His character through every timeless story.

Emile’s entire career is a story of connecting purpose to strategy. After a successful tenure as a Corporate Consultant at Discovery, he felt a call to use his skills in a more hands-on, transformative way. Today, he is the CEO of POPUP (People Upliftment Programme), an organisation dedicated to empowering individuals through dignity and wisdom. With a BComm in Financial Management and an MBA from Henley, Emile generously applies his sharp business acumen to unlock potential in people and organisations, proving that the best strategies are those rooted in a deep love for others.

Dorian loves Jesus and longs to see His Kingdom infiltrate every sector of
society.
That starts in his own life and the life of his wife Belinda (who lives to see
lives transformed through music and worship).
With a Masters degree in Engineering and trained as an Investment Banker,
God has primarily called him to serve in the marketplace, to empower
others in business and to create wealth that will transform their lives,
families and communities.
As a pastor and church planter he hopes to see the church fulfill its
mandate to equip the saints so that they are empowered to effectively
build God’s kingdom.

A certified Chartered Accountant (SA) and CFP® professional, he brings over 15 years of extensive experience in financial planning, wealth management, and general management to the firm. Hendri’s career journey includes foundational roles at Ernst & Young and unique commercial experience at companies like Warner Music Gallo Africa. Since joining Ultima in February 2015, his dedication and expertise have been instrumental to the team’s success, leading to his appointment as CEO in March 2024. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a B.com Hons in Accounting and Auditing. Above all, Hendri is driven by a mission to equip and inspire clients, providing the sound advice and clear guidance they need to achieve their financial goals and secure their future.
